KinoKlas Plus: “The director's work with the actor in cinema”

The class will be dedicated to the work of the director with the actor. One of the most characteristic qualities of Chrissy and Peter's films is precisely their unerring sense for choosing actors and the way they act - truthful, fascinating, impactful. Chrissy and Peter will share with the participants their experience and approach to actors. They will reveal their views on improvisation, freedom and the organic nature of acting. In this class you will have the opportunity to listen, ask, be a director and be directed.

Program:

Day 1 – Chrissy and Peter will meet the participants, talk about the role of the director, and the stages in the process of creating a feature film.

Day 2 – Individual scenes from their films will be shown and analyzed, and participants will receive specific texts for the work in the second stage.

Day 3 and 4 – Practical exercises – participants will work on the distributed texts, taking turns in the roles of directors and actors.

Fee: 400 leva

Places: Minimum 9, maximum 15 participants
